After a few motor issues got resolved. Headed out the river up to the Bay to really run the boat with Eddie and Austin.
gassed up in the AH ( due to no gas in Belmar) and Headed to the back of the bay.
one net full of bunker filled the wells as well as about 75 thrown back and off to fish.
Bounced around a few spots marking some fish.
had many chases but was real slow as far as actual bite. Few bass and Blues.
and a sweet ride home in the dark at 30 Knots.
first bass of 2016 , surprised he even got the horse bunker down.

Largemouths getting lively 4/14
Hit the local Lake with Steve tonight.
Once again had over 20 bass each tonight.
lots of fish in the 3-4 pound class, a few right at 5.
fish were way more active than they have been. every fish fought hard.
def alot more weed growth aready also.
In line spinners still drew 95% of the hits, but a few on jerk baits.

SWEETWATER BASS
was a great week of sweet water bassing .
with the water warming up, largemouths have been cruising the shallows prepping to spawn.
Steve, Tracey and I had well over a hundred bass in the last few days pounding the shoreline.
The nicer bass between have been 5-6 pounds, as well as some slab crappie.
shame we just had this cold front roll in which will shut them down some im sure
