slow stripers 6/7

One word to describe tonight slow.Had Craig , Bob and Matt from HC parks on tonight made bait quick outside the inlet, and took a long ride south.Craig had one miss then came tight on our only bass tonight a nice 35 pound fish ( released to fight another day).Hit a bunch of lumps looking back north finding nothing but angry bluefish, continued looking way north but the areas that have been full of life for the last few weeks were like a desert.Had hoped to break Bob and Matts striper cherry, will try again next week as it wasnt for lack of effort tonight

More good bassing 6/6

Had Mike Sr , Mike Jr , John and Tom out. Bunker was super thick with a decent body of bass under them.

Boat traffic was ridiculas last night but the bass still wanted to feed , and if you got space in the fleet you could catch some fish.

Mike Jr and John put on a clinic last night , coming tight on most of the fish hitting them.

was nice night on the water and like a lake out there

Livelining insanity

Had Lenny, Lenny Jr, Joe and Joe Jr on tonight for stripers, may be hard to beat the night they had tonight on the water.Made bait quick coming out of the inlet, and had instant marks and boated a few bass. Made a run south and saw a pod get crushed, and limited the boat out in minutes, on that drift, got the call to move further south, but stayed on that pod for half an hour with only one other boat on it. then made the short run south to see bass spraying bunker for acres and acres. fish just kept hammering bait after bait, as they were def on a major feeding frenzy, blowing thousands of bunker a foot out of the water. Nice thing was is boat traffic stayed very spread out and really made the night ten times more fun.

.

More striper cherries Popped 6/3

Had Brad, Jess dale and Shucker on board on board for stripers last night, With Jess showing the boys how to catch a big one.

Sorry Dale for the blurry picture ( think may be only bad pic the camera ever took) has me wondering if Dale really did catch a bass last night LOL

Nasty weather stripers 6/1

After cancelling tonights charter due to nasty weather coming in, with building seas Jimmy and I decided to go hit some lumps close to home to see if we could find some bass that wanted to chew.We snagged a few baits, and had 2 half hearted run offs before Jimmy had one come tight on his circle hook.

with aproaching lightning getting too close for comfort we ran back in beating the storm.
